Children’s mental health is as important as their physical health. It’s not always obvious when a child is struggling emotionally, but recognizing the symptoms and seeking early and effective mental health services are important for long-term health. Our psychiatry and psychology specialists work closely together to attend to our patients’ emotional, behavioral and developmental needs through inpatient and intensive outpatient therapy programs. We encourage reflection, exploration, and celebration, as we virtually come together again this year. Last year, our first ever virtual event reached new members within our community and created opportunities for engaging discussions within the virtual platform. We hope that the virtual space will again create a platform for a continued exchange of ideas and resources, with our group of keynote speakers and doctors.
