Support Groups
One in five individuals live with a mental health condition and most develop the condition by age 24. For some, experiencing the first signs can be scary and confusing. Sharing your experience with others is an important first step to getting help. Speaking up and asking for help is a sign of strength and the first step to getting the support you need.
NAMI Orange County’s Support Groups are for individuals 18 years & older who are family members or who care about someone with a mental health condition, individuals living with a mental health condition themselves, and Health Care Professionals in the medical field.
Meetings are held in a casual & confidential environment, where sharing and caring is the focus. If you or someone you know is struggling, you are not alone. NAMI Orange County’s Support Groups are a place where you can find healing in community. No registration required prior to attending. All groups are provided at no cost.
Please Note: Each flyer is regularly kept up to date and subject to changes. For the most current information and to avoid any inconveniences, please review the flyers and any announcements on this page, prior to attending a group.
