Tour de Recovery with Cork!
Episode 21
Show Notes
In this episode of NAMI-OC's Declassified Anxiety Survival Guide, hosts Breann and Amanda talk with long distance cyclist, Cork Snider. Cork shares his passion of cycling to help family, friends, and former students and raises money for many different organizations. He explains his next upcoming ride from San Jose to Oceanside California with five tour stops in-between. This ride is inspired by a friend and former student's journey from addiction to recovery with the love, care, and clinical support from Mental Health Systems. On June 11th, Cork will be making a tour stop in Anaheim, CA for a fun event promoted by NAMI OC and Mental Health Systems celebrating Mental Health. If you would like to join Cork on his ride, you can view his itinerary on his website Someday Productions. Help show the support for the show by taking a moment to fill out our survey.
