Peer-to-Peer (P2P) is a no-cost, 8-week educational program for adults (18+) with a mental health condition who are looking to better understand their condition and journey toward recovery.
P2P is taught by a trained team of people who have experience living with a mental health condition. The program includes presentations, discussion, and interactive exercises.
