NAMI Basics is a no-cost, 6-week educational program for parents and caregivers of children and teens who are living with a mental health diagnosis. This ZOOM class is taught by trained leaders with lived experience. Topics include coping strategies, self-care and advocacy. Attendees will benefit from open conversation with others who share common experience and understanding.
