Meet the Artists

Jasenia Arambula

My name is Jasenia Arambula, I reside in La Puente, and I’ve been creating and designing art at a very young age. Now it is an honor for me to work in an industry that I love to do. I’ve put together an illustrated visual of a street view apartment building while implementing every other story as a stress reliever idea. Although these stress relievers may not work for everyone, taking a mental break can physiologically benefit yourself in various emotional, physical, and mental ways.

Jane Bradbury

My name is Jane Bradbury. I grew up in Costa Mesa and have lived here most of my life. I’m currently working as a barista at Starbucks and going to OCC. I’m hoping to transfer somewhere and get my degree in Art or graphic design.

Shay Virtue

My name Is Shay Virtue, I am 20 years old and a student studying Fine Arts at Pace University in New York. I was born and raised in Orange County and went to Newport Harbor High School. I am a huge advocate for mental health and learning to love all for who they are.

HELP & SUPPORT

If you or someone you know is struggling, you are not alone.
There are many supports, services and treatment options that may help.

In an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.

Crisis? We Can Help

When a loved one develops a mental health condition, it's important to know that you're not alone. Many Americans have experienced caring for a person with mental illness. Family members and caregivers often play a large role in helping and supporting them.

You may be trying to help a family member who doesn't have access to care or doesn't want help. Or you may want to learn how to support someone who has been hospitalized or experienced a similar mental health crisis.
