12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We will return your call as soon as possible, though at times it may take up to 12 hours. If you prefer, you are always welcome to hang up and call us back at a time that works best for you.

Important Update: WarmLine Service Hours Change
NAMI Orange County is committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of our community. Due to an unexpected loss in funding, we must adjust our WarmLine services at this time.
Effective immediately, the NAMI OC WarmLine will operate daily from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
You may leave a message at any time outside of these hours, and a team member will return your call during our operating hours.

INAMI OC leadership is dedicated to continuing WarmLine services in some capacity while we work tirelessly to secure additional funding. Our goal is to restore 24/7 operations as soon as possible so we can provide the support our community needs and deserves.
